The Downtown Plan: Tweeting the Confusion

A hastily scheduled discussion of Richmond's now two-year-old Master Plan at City Council this evening may have been one of the more confusing exercises in democracy I've ever seen. I'll try to have a summary up tomorrow -- borrowing heavily from Will Jones at the Times-Dispatch, I'm sure -- but in the meantime, enjoy the Twitter feed featuring (mostly) me, John Murden and Mariane Matera.
