The trip back from France was significantly less exhausting than our trip from the States -- and about 12 hours shorter. We got back to Richmond around 10:30 on Saturday night, and were asleep by midnight. I woke early (oh, around 5 a.m.) and spent several hours checking email, unpacking, going through reams of junk mail. Much of Sunday was low-key. I pulled weeds from a few flower beds and cut the grass, Nikole did some laundry, we had breakfast at Joe's Inn.
Monday was crazy errand day, although Nikole spent most of it waiting for her new Social Security card and driver's license.
And now we're both back to work, mostly. We head to Georgetown with my mom on Friday for my graduation ceremony, and hopefully race back in time for our friend Clay's 40th birthday blowout that night.
I realy miss Maison Georges, though.
