Nikole introduced me to Pomplamoose, the duo of Jack Conte and Nataly Dawn, when she started entertaining Thea with their video cover of Earth, Wind & Fire's "September." Now, we regularly keep Thea distracted for several minutes with their videos, though she strongly favors "September" and the cover of Michael Jackson's "Beat It."
For those of you hanging out in Richmond, I think Pomplamoose is the band that Ross and Valerie Catrow of RVANews would start if they were musically inclined.
