Check back shortly before 6:00 this evening (Monday, October 13) for my live coverage of City Council's dramatic vote on the proposed Downtown Master Plan. Word is that the document will be delivered in an urn cast from the brass doorknobs of the West Hospital by six condominium developers rending their clothes as they carry it to the front of the room.
