Church Hill People's News ran a very unscientific poll of its readers and generated a very interesting snapshot of the state of Richmond's mayoral race -- at least through the eyes of CHPN readers.

So, the more obvious number is the Jones-Grey race -- I continue to see this as a race between these two men. But I'm also intrigued that Paul Goldman is running ahead of Bill Pantele, and by the number of undecideds. Quite honestly, I thought the undecided number would be higher. A lot higher.
I still think that either Pantele or Goldman will grab a couple of districts away from Grey and Jones, sending the race into a run-off. A candidate needs to get a majority of votes in five of Richmond's nine districts.
