On the 9th Day, A Community Weblog Was Born

If you read the comments to my August 10 post, "The 'Hoodie Explosion," then you'll have some idea of how the Near West End News came about. It only took nine days.

And if you read my June 3 post, "Get Hoodwinked," then you'll have some idea of how instrumental John Murden has been in getting Richmond's neighborhoods connected.

At any rate, the important thing is that Richmond is very quickly getting itself covered by community weblogs. Welcome aboard, Near West End News.
